Job Requirements / Description
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in software development in multiple programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
2-4 years of experience testing, auditing and analyzing data.
Proficiency in at least 5 out of these programming languages: Java Python C/C++ SQL Javascript HTML/CSS Scala Ruby
Desired Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience working on improving data quality for Large language models
Ability to convince business stakeholders and communicate complex analysis insights to non-technical audiences.
Background in AI/LLM industry
