The Role? 

Position Summary:?As IT Manager at OUAI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of world-class technical support to our internal staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all IT-related matters, managing projects, and leading the IT team. This role represents the entire internal IT department and requires an experienced IT professional who is well-versed in all aspects of IT support and cybersecurity.? 

Requirements

What You’ll Do: 

Oversee support for onsite and remote workers daily, in collaboration with our external IT partner.? 

Coordinate with external IT partners regarding the shipment of supplies and peripherals to new hires and internal employees when needed.? 

Lead and provide support for all IT projects internally and in collaboration with external partners.? 

Act as an ambassador for IT initiatives within the organization and build cross-functional relationships.? 

Manage IT initiatives and budget associated with spending, identifying redundancies, and implementing cost-saving solutions.? 

Bring extensive hardware and software technical experience and acumen to the team, acting primarily in an oversight role but also providing direct support as needed.? 

Provide leadership and guidance on network administration and security, including diagnosing and troubleshooting network-related issues, performing preventive maintenance, and implementing data security practices.? 

Work in partnership with P&G to manage third party governance and risk management? 

Provide end-to-end IT support for HR onboarding, offboarding, and daily operations, including user account management, hardware/software support, and data security.? 

Collaborate with the HR department to ensure seamless technology integration, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions.? 

Maintain accurate documentation, offer training, and identify opportunities for process improvement within HR-related IT functions.? 

What You’ll Bring: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or relevant technical experience.? 

4+?years of experience in technical customer support experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote work and in-office presence. The successful candidate must be located in Los Angeles (LA) or be willing to relocate 

Extensive experience with Mac OS and Windows 10 troubleshooting and support.? 

Experience working with Azure AD is a plus? 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing wide-ranging technical assistance.? 

In-depth practical knowledge of troubleshooting and administration of commonly used applications.? 

Strong network administration and troubleshooting background.? 

Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.? 

Effective communicator with the ability to influence and champion new initiatives.?
