The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.

Rate Range: $20-$22/Hr

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues.

Providing updates to management as needed.

Driving Required because technician has to travel between multiple 6 locations during week (ZIPs: (phone number removed)

TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have:

Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing

The following is MUST:

Field Tech experience

client facing/executive customer service.

Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site.

Warranty Dell support.

Certification Requirements:

A+/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac
