Job description:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in API development using Java technologies.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with Java EE or Spring frameworks.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, HTTP protocols, and JSON/XML data formats.
Experience with API security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).
Proficient in database concepts and SQL queries.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOA & EDA / messaging protocols (e.g., JMS), and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and management.
Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and S3 to build robust data transfer / API options and microservices / domain driven APIs.
