“This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test. Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening.  Due to Federal requirements, only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green card, will be considered.

What you get to do in this role:?? 

As a Senior Software Engineer, focused on cloud infrastructure automation, you will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration and developer tools in Private and Public Multi-Cloud infrastructure.

Our automation framework allows us to take infrastructure related actions, execute scripts based on business requirements.

You will work as a member of our developer team that scales our automation framework to meet the needs of the future.

You will also design and develop cloud automations to support the deployment and management of ServiceNow Platform/Products in our own infrastructure.

You will also have the opportunity to learn, leverage and implement various Gen AI capabilities from the ServiceNow Platform and make them available for our teams

In addition to tools and automation, you will interact with other members of the infrastructure organization and the ServiceNow development teams
