Our client, who is an innovative consumer product goods manufacturer located in San Diego, CA, is renowned for blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. We are seeking to fill a SQL/RFID Development role for them. You will be joining a dynamic and family-oriented team of IT Professionals. Position Overview:
This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual who is deeply passionate about SQL development, eager to learn RFID technologies, gain manufacturing knowledge, and ready to tackle challenging projects. The role is open due to the previous developer's promotion to a management position, reflecting our client’s commitment to career development and internal promotion.
Requirements:
Working within a SQL 2016 environment, must possess proven knowledge of SQL Development, Relational Data Base, DB Tuning, DB Architecture, and Table Designing.
Proven experience as a SQL Developer or similar role, with a strong background in the Microsoft Development stack, including Microsoft SQL Server and .Net.
Proficient in managing and integrating ERP systems with Microsoft SQL databases, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized system performance.
Knowledge of WinForms for RFID development activities
Proficient with web development technologies, specifically ASP.net MVC, Jquery Mobile, and Angular JS (a plus).
Work within Visual Studio environment and develop Winforms for a thick client system located on premise.
Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and familiarity with flow gear mechanisms such as Shopify to ERP integrations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A hunger for knowledge and the ambition to take on challenges and grow within the company.
Must have a “Can-Do” Attitude.
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid remote position, allowing up to 2 days of remote work per week, with the remaining time spent at their San Diego, CA office.
