Collaborate closely with clients; cross-functional teams & CoE to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
" Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
" Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
" Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
