Skill: ServiceNow Admin
6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow.
Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM/CMDB).
Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc).
Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM.
ServiceNow certifications.
ITIL4 Foundation certification.
CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD.
ITOM, ITAM world and/or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development).
