Responsibilities:
Subject/Product, Domain Expertise Documents.
Competitive / Parallel Reference and Market Trend analysis + documentation.
Completion of Product Objective and summary brief.
User Experience minimums: Research, User profiles, High-level Persona, Flows, Maps, Journeys, sketch wires, prototype support.
Audit work boards.
Product approach + strategy recommendation deck (summary and support of PM).
Discovery phase, Jira tickets summarizing phase activity and planning direction (with PM).
Sprint/Phase progress (product success metrics focus) report.
User/usability testing and reporting.
Collaboration and proactive partnership with Business Analysts.
Requirements
Previous experience in similar Product roles of 4+ years.
Organization and prioritization skills.
Use of Figma product / UX components and templates (not creation).
Understand gathered business requirements, validate and convert them to usable design direction.
Experience with Lean Product Principles (or similar experience Lean Startup, Design Sprints etc).
Proficiency in conducting User/Client Interviews, Product Definition, Journey Maps, User Flows, User Personas.
