Payroll Data Analyst

Client-Side Support

Participate in requirements gathering calls. Work with the Client Project Team where required;

Work closely with the Oracle and WD Client and ADP Integration development team;

Validation of data requirements in Workday to ADP files;

Assist in the creation and validation of WD and Oracle technical specification documents;

Responsible for receiving sign-off for integrations;

Manage and Validation of Employee and Payroll data provided by Client Project Team;

Provide data cleanup recommendations;

Create Testing scenarios and conduct Unit/UAT testing;

Provide reasonable payroll operations support;

Provide guidance and best practice advice to Client;

Report to Client Project Leadership as defined by Project Governance Structure;

Communicate possible Project delays to Client Project Leadership;

Participate in recorded working sessions of Knowledge Transfer to Client Support teams, on-going training activities during project, and documentation where required;
