Title - Salesforce Technical Lead
Location - Raleigh, NC (hybrid remote with 3 days in office)
Duration - 6 month contract-to-hire
Pay Rate - $72/hr (conversion $125K with bonus)
Responsibilities -
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems
Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the (url removed) platform.
Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.
Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications
