" Demonstrated proficiency in event-based and log-based monitoring systems, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of critical applications." Created dashboard in Splunk to monitor performance & system metrics and cluster resource usage" Utilized deployment tools like Spinnaker, Teamcity to streamline and automate software deployment processes, reducing time-to-market and minimizing errors." Supported and scaled large enterprise applications in a "follow-the-sun" environment, collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless operations around the clock." Troubleshooting issues with applications and systems within the infrastructure that may impact business operations and escalate issues to appropriate support teams." Ability to clearly and accurately communicate day-to-day operations to ensure detailed hand-off to regional SRE teams." Took ownership of challenging problems and consistently delivered optimal results, showcasing strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Tools: Splunk, Grafana, Spinnaker, Teamcity, AWS, Linux, Apple in house monitoring and alerting tools.
