Our Financial Client is looking for Sales Support Analyst in Wayne, PA who will be responsible for supporting internal and external sales representatives and partners in achieving sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
Responsibilities
Preparing and processing lease transactions; and communicating with vendors, customers, management, and sales individuals.
Performs sales support and booking & funding responsibilities, main point of contact for partners.
Act as primary point of contact by phone and via email with customers and partners to address documentation, transactions, policies, etc.
Works with customers/vendors to address any problem/issue and coordinates resolution with appropriate internal department.
Files UCCs, send PMSI letters, initiates lien searches and when necessary, obtains subordination agreements.
Authorizes contract activation and vendor dealer payment within authority.
Requirements
Looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, and a quick-learner with a business background
1-3 years of experiece in Sales, reviewing and preparing lease documents and contracts
Experience with DocuSign.
Experience in calculates and validates pricing within established BU policies/procedures.
Adhere to compliance policies/procedures and obtain necessary information to clear KYC/CAMS/OFAC etc. requirements.
Experience in Pricing and Contract structure.
