IT Staffing Sales Executive

Hybrid schedule available.

Commercial Programming Systems, Inc. is an established IT Services provider with headquarters in STUDIO CITY CALIFORNIA. We have been providing IT Services since 1978.

We are currently in search of IT Sales Professionals with a minimum 5 years of IT Staffing Sales experience, who have successfully worked in a mid to large IT Staffing/Consulting firm or in IT Sales to mid to large sized IT shops.

Responsibilities:

The IT Staffing Sales Professional is responsible for generation of new business by cultivating past/existing client relationships and acquiring new clients, consistently increasing revenue.

*
The IT Staffing Sales professional should be very good at prospecting and getting new clients as this is a key success factor.

*
The IT Staffing Sales Professional will also assist in creating messaging, market approach and marketing strategy based on influence and direction.

*
Identify staffing business opportunities by prospecting, lead generation, in-person meetings, networking, social media etc.

*
Participate in advanced Staffing Sales training.

*
The position will report to the President of the company.

*
2-4 hours of phone activity each day cold calling prospects and cultivating existing relationships.

*
Travel to client locations on an as needed basis or conduct regular video conference calls.

*
The position will be supported by a recruiting a team of individuals with extensive IT technical recruiting experience based in the USA and India.

Assist in :

*
Submitting candidates

*
Scheduling interviews

*
Negotiating and finalizing terms for assignments

*
Closing deals/placements

*
Generate and manage leads and referrals, follow up with sales activity emails, schedule appointments. Prepare and present sales presentations to corporate influencers and decision-makers remotely and at customer sites.

*
Work with recruiting team, communicate staffing requirements, and screen resumes.?

Requirements:

*
Must have access to existing client relationships, C-level contacts who are decision makers at client sites.

*
2-4 hours of phone activity each day cold calling prospects and cultivating existing relationships. Travel to client locations on an as needed basis.

Minimum 5 years of prior outside sales (IT staffing Sales Experience a plus)

Experienced with CRM and ATS applications a plus

Preferred: Experience selling project or fixed price business.?

Compensation:

*
Base salary plus commission and goal based bonuses (the compensation package will depend on the level of experience and existing book of business.)

*
Base Salary will range from $80,000 to $100,000. Income potential in the $200,000 range.
